A message from our President and CEO
Our thoughts are with the residents, business owners and visitors in Jasper National Park. Being an Alberta-owned company, many of our own staff and their families have fond memories of time spend in Jasper, so this catastrophe feels very personal to us all. Immense gratitude goes out to all the first responders who are doing their best to preserve what they can.
First and foremost, we are grateful to hear that no lives have been lost due to the timing of evacuation efforts. Your safety is what's most important, so please take care and follow emergency instructions that are being posted online by our municipal and provincial government agencies.
Once you are in a safe position to do so, please get in touch with your Broker to begin the claims process. If you don't have your Broker's contact information on hand, please reach out to us and we will help connect you. Our office can be reached at 780-424-3986 or toll-free at 1-800-272-5614.
