COVID-19 - A Message from our CEO, Kathy Boychuk
To our Valued Brokers and Customers,
It is our shared responsibility to join in the fight to slow the spread of COVID-19. During these unprecedented times, the safety and health of our employees is our top priority and as a result, we have taken steps to ensure our offices remain safe for everyone. This means that our branch offices in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver have moved to remote working arrangements where possible. Servicing our brokers and customers in a timely and personal way remains our goal but I acknowledge that throughout this time, you may experience service delays.
We will be available to assist you both online and by phone, and are dedicated to working with our customers to find solutions through these very difficult times. In partnership with our brokers across Western Canada, we will make sure to continue delivering on our customer service commitment.
These are challenging times but they are also times when we can draw on the strength of our values. At Peace Hills Insurance we value fairness, flexibility and reasonableness in all dealings with our employees, customers, vendors and stakeholders. Throughout this crisis, we promise to continue to demonstrate these values and remain the company that truly cares.
